for our Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; or Tucson, AZ office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project technical leadership for field activities, feasibility studies, dewatering, permitting support and technical reporting
Develop and maintain key client relationships, inclusive of business development and growth responsibilities
Quality Assurance activities to verify our services meet professional standards, client requirements, and corporate objectives
Serve as technical project manager and/or pursuit manager on key projects and strategic pursuits
Mentoring junior staff and overseeing career development
Some travel will be required for this job.

Bachelor degree in Geology/Hydrogeology or related field
The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of technical experience with specific experience in the mining sector
Proven experience in business development and client service management
Affiliation with professional societies and active industry and community involvement
Strong experience in the development of analytical and numerical ground water models in the mining industry, Mine Water, and Mine closure planning
Masters of Science degree in Hydrogeology or related field preferred
Professional licensure as a geologist, hydrogeologist or related profession
MSHA/OSHA training preferred
