A successful candidate will coordinate with Operations, Administration, and Sales in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, employee morale and profitability. This person must hit the ground running with the following experience and skills:

Direct P&L responsibility

Budget and Forecasting experience

Sales Management Expertise

Operations/Distribution/Warehouse Management experience

Excellent Verbal and Written Communicator who can develop a vision to inspire their team

Managerial Experience with both front-line employees and managers as direct reports

Analytical Thinker with the ability to process decisions quickly and effectively

Proactive Planner with the ability to anticipate issues before they happen

Team Builder and People Developer who can train and retain a motivated and efficient workforce.

Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Four year Degree with emphasis in Business or related field.

10 year’s business experience.

Proven leadership ability with a proven record of performing independently.

Skilled in the use of computers with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Office (CRM experience a plus).

Ability to understand Financial and Operational systems, how they interrelate, and how to extract data from these systems to develop and implement strategies.

Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.

Provide daily support to district managers in ensuring quality and budget performance.

Execute the district's strategic forecast and budget, ensuring effective use of resources.

Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and programs to improve sales, operating efficiency, safety, productivity, and profitability of the site.

Understand and communicate district vision to all levels of the organization.

Oversee personnel needs of the department including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance.

Formulate both short-term and long-term goals and action plans in conjunction with District General Manager.

Participates in regular P&L reviews to ensure that budgets are met; develop and implement programs for optimal productivity, market penetration, sales performance and employee costs.
