A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and delivery- driven GIS & Performance Data Manager to join our Asset Management team to provide a first class all encompassing data and performance facility for the entire asset base of the Anglian Water and Hartlepool region. Managing a team of ten, it will be your responsibility for maintaining and updating our corporate GIS system to provide vital data and insight across a number of functions within our organisation. With a key emphasis on managing ODIs (Outcome Delivery Incentives) data, your strong data analysing and continuous improvement approach will enable the team to make recommendations to improve operational area performance. As we move into our next planned phase of transformational work, this position will see you establish and steer the performance levels we will commit to for the setting of key ODIs. Therefore, you\u2019ll have a great and unique opportunity to make valuable contributions and leave your mark on the organisation! Overseeing a variety of projects within GIS systems and solutions and how our data is best used internally and externally, it will fall within your remit to embrace new technologies and approaches to create business efficiencies. Viewed as a reporting expert within the business, the team will ensure our asset planning\u2019s reporting is timely and accurate to meet OFWAT regulations. You\u2019ll ensure all regulatory requirement changes on serviceability assessments are effectively communicated so teams can work to required standards at all times. This position will provide data and insight into the formation of asset plans and risk models assisting with the identification of business needs ensuring a TOTEX (Total Expenditure) approach is fostered throughout. Requirements To succeed within the GIS & Performance Data Manger role, you\u2019ll be able to demonstrate strong Information Services (IS) experience with a relevant qualification to under pin your operational knowledge.
