Here's how this role will help: Design and manage data extraction and transformation from the HR Reporting and Analytics employee database in support of HR Reporting and Analytics processes. Maintain supplemental data definitions for HR Reporting and Analytics elements outside of enterprise source systems. Develop and maintain roster logic, mapping files and calculated fields within internal HRIS system and external database. Collaborate with HR Master Data Management team to govern Mylan employee data security and aid in evaluating and remediating access to employee data when necessary. Analyze and validate data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information regarding HR. Satisfy ad-hoc reporting requests from HR and the business and evaluate all requests for appropriateness, maintaining the highest employee data confidentiality. Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position: Bachelor\u2019s Degree (or equivalent) is required. 0-2 years of experience preferred. Related experience and\/or experience may be considered. Previous experience with Database Concepts and Report Development. Strong understanding of data management, problem solving and critical thinking skills required. Ability to prioritize efforts towards multiple, simultaneous objectives in a highly dynamic environment required. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures with up-to-date knowledge of HR metrics, technology, issues, and trends is strongly preferred. Experience with Workday, MS Access and\/or Alteryx strongly preferred. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English are required. Why Mylan?
