office is looking for a full time Project

Hydrogeologist/Environmental

Scientist

. In general, this person will engage in varied technical work relating to environmental site investigation and remediation, groundwater and soil sampling, and Phase I, II, & III environmental site assessments. This is a full time position requiring up to 40% of the work week be spent outdoors at various project sites.

Responsibilities:

Complete Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments according to ASTM Standard

Assist in field activities including collecting environmental soil samples from direct push and hollow stem augers

Assist in field activities including ground water sampling with bailers and pumps

Preparation of regulatory permits for projects

Preparation of technical reports for projects

Required Skills

Required Experience

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in geology, hydrogeology, water resources or related degree required

3 or more years of previous related work experience required

Previous project management experience preferred

Knowledge of Minnesota Pollution Control Agency rules and statutes is preferred

Ability and interest to get PH or PG license preferred
