ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as project manager and consultant to sales professionals and clients on strategies and deliverables. Defines project requirements, investigates various approaches and acts independently or in a team environment to attain best in class results.
Manages a heavy and diversified workload and can juggle and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Develops advanced specialized maps, both static and web/dynamic, utilizing geographic and demographic information using programming, database, and graphic skills.
Maintains a thorough understanding of the CRE business and how GIS can be applied to client acquisition and CRE strategy.
Continually investigates and applies new concepts and methodologies in GIS, modeling, and web deliverables.
Evangelizes proprietary GIS platform and location intelligence to our brokers and their clients as a differentiator with the potential to drive traditional and new revenue sources.
Can apply CREATIVE solutions to everyday Commercial Real Estate problems through GIS
Assists with ongoing development of other GIS professional via a robust mentorship program.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major or minor in Geography or related field; or Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with training in GIS technology.
Sr. level GIS Experience (5 years), with preference given to commercial and Retail Site Selection specific experience.
Mastery of ArcGIS desktop (ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap desktop with Business Analyst, Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst and 3D Analyst extensions) and online (AGOL) platforms.
Ability to create, publish, and consume advanced workflow and data models using Model Builder and ArcGIS Server.
Able to understand and modify html/css in web-based GIS products to enhance their functionality and appearance.
Strong diplomatic and customer service skills with the ability navigate and thrive in a large corporate environment.
Highly confident presentation skills with the ability to lead GIS discussions about capabilities and results.
Ability to create and communicate a GIS “Story” with end users who are not fluent in data, analytics, and technology.
Able to produce high quality supplemental graphic visualizations to supplement cartography/GIS
Familiar with advanced data collection and analysis methodologies, processes, and workflows.
