Remote Sensing Risk Manager

ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space System Command’s Remote Sensing (RS) Program through the RS Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) contract.  This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic and tactical Remote Sensing systems, and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.Duties will include:Leverage experience and knowledge of systems for the execution of a Risk Management Process to include authoring and annual review of the Risk Management Plan, facilitation of Risk Management Working Group and Risk Management Board meetings, drafting of meeting minutes.Provide Systems Engineering and Risk Management support to government program managers to aid in their developing of solicitation documents, generating technical evaluations and using risk as a proactive program management tool.BS degree in a STEM field 5 years of related work experience to include:3 years of work experience in System Engineering3 years of work experience in risk management Understanding of the discipline and practice of Systems Engineering throughout the system lifecycle phases of concept, development, production, use, support, and retirementExperience identifying, assessing, handling, and tracking risk at the program and/or project level.Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teambuilding skills Strong writing and oral presentation skills; ability to write final-version deliverable technical documents and reports MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. Master’s degree in a technical fieldActive SECRET clearance  DOD Space program experienceDOD Acquisition ExperienceRemote Sensing mission experienceINCOSE ASEP or CSEP certification#LI-AH1ENSCO has been delivering engineering, science, and advanced technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.ENSCO operates in the aerospace, avionics, national security, rail, and cyber sectors.
