Mining Engineer - Englewood, CO

As an Engineer, you’ll have the chance to support clients that are part of our mining portfolio. Working with other members of the team, you’ll support tasks for small to medium project and/or assist project managers on large complex projects. During your time with us, you will Work as a member of a project team to prepare technical reports for clients, state agencies, or other stakeholders and interface with regulatory agencies on behalf of clients, as well as work as part of a field team conducting site investigations (i.e., field measurements, drilling, well construction, sampling, and routine testing). The minimum qualifications for this position are:
A Bachelor’s of Science degree in geology, mining, geotechnical, or environmental engineering
0-2 years of experience
Knowledge and, preferably, experience with mining clients including mine reclamation (soil, groundwater and surface water) investigations and installation, operations, and maintenance of remedial systems
Must be able to perform field work and obtain/maintain 40-hr HAZWOPER and MSHA certification
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
