Duration - 12 Months \r\r\r\r Assist the project team with planning, installing and configuring all required software in the new system environments.\r Oversee routine tests and analyses of specific software components;\r Use software tools and material to diagnose and solve issues\r Resolve problems in compliance with the established procedures;\r Carry out planned project server activities (installations, updates, etc.);\r Contribute to policy and procedure development, recommending changes/additions/deletions to rules and validations\r Assess and manage risk/issues throughout all aspects of the GIS technical upgrade implementation.\r Practice continuous improvement by recommending changes in to IS procedures, standards and processes where improvements have been identified.\r Administer and configure ArcGIS Server\r Deployment and configuration of end user applications which consume ArcGIS Services\r Work in a project team to build and test enterprise GIS project environments TST, QA, PRD, DR\r Experience integrating ESRI with existing enterprise systems using technologies such as ESB and ETL \r Prepare environments for integration testing, UAT, and implementation cutover testing\r Define, design and author project business, functional and technical requirements \r Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users\r Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends\r Develop and maintain technical and standard documentation for program development activity in a timely and high quality manner\r Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures\r
\r Minimum 5-10 years as GIS system specialist\r Minimum 5 years of well-rounded business application support & development experience\r Minimum 5 years hands-on experience of IT experience in supporting ESRI GIS software, Portal of ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop\r Minimum of 2-3 years’ working knowledge in Railroad and/or Bus operation\r Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands-on experience with Infor-EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and/or one of the Bentley product tools \r Ability to modify/adapt systems, software configurations, and programs to meet business requirements.\r Understanding of complex relational database organization, design, and functionality\r Experience in desktop / mobile computer support and troubleshooting software related problems\r Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skill in relating technical information to non-technical personnel Strong analytical and problem solving skills\r Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment\r Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter\r Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization\r
