Job Description

Do you march to the beat of MarTech’s manifesto? Are you enthusiastic about the latest technology, and maybe a little nerdy?  PACIFIC is looking for a product manager to lead our marketing technology portfolio.

We’re seeking a talented marketing technology product advocate, who is entrepreneurially minded and has a good understanding of the martech landscape. You’ll join the team with experience being the “go-to” resource for mar-tech product positioning and strategic direction. As a Digital Marketing Technology Product Manager, you navigate the intersection between location intelligence, search, social, content, paid, and all digital media to drive more meaningful relationships with customers. Additionally, you know how to balance our business needs against martech features that drive efficient operations and deeper insights through data. Ultimately, you’ll bring insights to the table and lead new product strategies. In short, you’re the kind of person who delivers solutions that fulfill market needs, and help both our internal agency stakeholders and client stakeholders become more efficient and cultivate deeper customer insights through our marketing technology platform.


Along with the Product Development team, you’ll be managing and supporting PACIFIC’s marketing technology platform, acting as the product trailblazer and seeking to fulfill market and user needs within PACIFIC. Some of your daily responsibilities will include:

Research and Analysis

Research and analyze market conditions

Identify key competitor and consumer trends

Articulate market requirements and opportunities

Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements

Apply research findings in planning product development

Curate specific examples for go-to-market strategies for marketing technology platforms

Product Planning and Management

Determine product specifications

Define the long-term objectives of the product and create product road map

Prepare product documents, including Market Requirement Documents and product use cases to drive product activity

Develop pricing strategies and product policies

Determine product packaging solutions

Work in collaboration with Product Development

Work closely with UX/UI, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to deliver the best experience for our users

Manage projects and communicate across disciplines

Customer and End-User Support

Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users

Coordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback

Monitor product usage and adoption

Use market feedback and customer roundtables to inform product refinements and new features

Job Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

5 years of product management experience

Quantitative and business analysis skills

Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices, specifically with performance marketing such as SEO, PPC, social, content marketing, creative development, and web analytics

Knowledge of business and management principles and practices

Proficient in relevant software applications

Experience with Agile principles

Project management skills are a plus

Experience with geographic information systems (GIS), geo-enabled apps, spatial analytics, or similar geospatial technology are a plus, but not required

Experience with Esri ArcGIS, Pitney Bowes, or Carto are a plus, but not required
