Profile

Executive Administrative Assistant: As an Executive Administrative Assistant for Murphy USA, you will provide administrative support to a group of Murphy USA’s Executive Leadership Team Members. Your duties will include general clerical, receptionist and coordination responsibilities. You will be required to project a polished, professional corporate image through face to face and phone interaction with all levels of the organization and any external interaction. You will answer and screen phone calls, set up and coordinate meetings and conferences, coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and company visitors, support staff in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, proofreading and report preparation. Additionally, you will conduct analysis and use initiative and independent judgment to review confidential and highly complex information. You will collaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projects and will conserve the executives’ time by reading, researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents and collecting and analyzing information. You will also attend meetings on behalf of absentee executives and learn corporate policy and interpret and communicate the executive’s intent. In addition, you will maintain supply inventory and ensure operation of equipment as well as any other duties as required or assigned.

Job Requirements

Education/ Experience Requirements: • Associate’s degree or equivalent plus two years related experience and/or training and 12 to 18 months related management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

• Advanced computer skills to include MS Office Suite with heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent typing skills to include 10-key proficiency

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Avanced analytical skills with the ability to make suggestions and recommendations as well as generate reports based on analysis

• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced environment
