A GIS photogrammetry person has to evaluate existing and develop new application software, work cooperatively with diverse staff from multiple departments in project tasks, which include planning, developing, implementing, and testing software.
A GIS photogrammetry person requires a bachelor’s degree in science or a higher degree in a related computer field. A GIS photogrammetry person usually requires skills in more than one of the following areas: C/C++, MFC, Micro Station, MDL, AutoCAD ARX, ESRI, and OpenGL. Candidates should have more than three years of software engineering experience and a successful track record with product development and maintenance.
